Data Processing Notice
This is a placeholder Data Processing notice. A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between SAYND Tech and each client organization will be issued before paid production use.
Roles
The client organization is the Data Controller. SAYND Tech acts as the Data Processor.
Processing scope
Employee identifiers, attendance events (timestamp, GPS, optional selfie), and leave requests.
Retention
Retention windows for selfies, GPS, and audit logs will be configurable per plan in a later phase.
Subprocessors
A current list of subprocessors will be published with the final DPA.
